First CarFit event of 2016/2017 season

CAOT-BC is once again partnering with the Sunset Community Centre to hold the next training session during OT Month:

WHEN:           October 2, 2016
                       9:00am-12:00pm (training)
                     12:00pm-12:45pm (lunch)
                     12:45pm-1:30pm (set-up)
                     1:30pm-4:00pm (driver check-ups)

WHERE:          Sunset Community Centre
                      6810 Main Street, Vancouver, BC              

REGISTER:   Deadline September 16, 2016
                    $25
                       (Includes refreshments, lunch & materials)
                                Technician training is limited to 18 participants

CarFit is a quick, yet comprehensive 12-point check-up to ensure mature drivers have a safe fit with their vehicle.  CarFit in Canada is a cooperative program supported by CAOT and the Canadian Automobile Association.

This is a full-day event, where participants will spend their morning training to be a CarFit Technician followed by the driver "check-up" event.  For more information on CarFit, check out http://www.car-fit.org
